Dmitry Pumpyanskiy, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and members of TMK’s senior management and Board of Directors will present the Company’s new ten-year strategy to 2027 to investors and provide an update on TMK’s operational developments and growth plans in the changing global market environment. The presentation will be made available on TMK’s website at 1:30pm London/ 4:30pm Moscow/ 9:30am New York today. Vladimir Shmatovich, Vice President for Strategy and Business Development, and Alexander Pumpyanskiy, member of the Board of Directors, will present on TMK’s Strategy for the next five years, which will focus on: • Enhancing leadership in key segments and entering new product niches • Optimising vertical integration to reduce costs and developing product and service range • Enhancing the sales platform and leveraging TMK’s global scale • Innovation and digitalisation • Enhancing operational excellence • Strengthening financial performance and investment appeal Sergey Alekseev, Marketing Director, will then present on TMK’s markets in Russia, Europe and the Middle East, and Piotr Galitzine, Chairman and CEO of TMK IPSCO, will expand on the increasing opportunity for the Company in the U.S. The event will be held at the London Stock Exchange, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4 M7LS.
